The free tools
We offer setup kits and configurations at no cost. You install and run them on your own machine and accounts. You are responsible for your own systems, your own data, and for reviewing what a tool does before you run it. Each kit explains its steps in plain language and is removable.
Acceptable use
- Use the tools for lawful purposes and on systems you are allowed to use.
- Do not capture other people without the consent you are required to get where you live.
- Do not resell, repackage, or misrepresent the tools as your own.
No warranty
The site and the free tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make them solid, and we cannot promise they will be error-free or fit every situation. You use them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Voliton, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the tools. Our total liability for the free tools is limited to what you paid for them, which is nothing.
Intellectual property
The Voliton name, the site, and its content are owned by Voliton, Inc. The tools are licensed to you for your own use under the terms included with each kit. We keep all rights not expressly granted.
Paid products
If you later subscribe to a paid Voliton product, separate terms presented at sign-up will govern that product. These terms cover the website and the free tools.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
