This policy explains what Voliton collects when you use this website and our free tools, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep the data small.
What we collect
- When you request a free tool. The opt-in form records the name and email you enter, plus the IP address your browser connects from, which tool you requested, which of our sites you came through, and the time. That is the whole record. We use it to send you the tool and to know who is using it.
- Ordinary server logs. Like any website, our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) keep standard access logs (IP, time, page, browser) for security and reliability.
- Local browser storage. If a request cannot reach our server, your browser holds your opt-in so it can retry on your next visit. It clears once it sends, on your next visit after up to 7 days, or whenever you clear your browser's site data. Nothing else is stored on you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site.
- We do not add you to a newsletter or send you marketing email unless you ask. The only email you get is the tool you requested and a reply if you write us.
Your data inside the free tools
Our capture tools (for example, IVA Intelligence) run on your own machine and save what they capture to your own Google Drive, under your control. We do not receive your captured screen, voice, Chrome activity, or Claude Code conversations. The nightly memory step also runs on your machine and uses your own Claude account, so that reading and summarizing happens under your Anthropic account, not ours. The tools may send us a small "it installed and is healthy" receipt so we can help if something breaks. You can pause, inspect, and delete everything any time.
Third parties we rely on
- Cloudflare serves and protects this site (DNS, security, delivery).
- Google Fonts serves the typeface, which means your browser requests it from Google.
- Google Drive stores what the capture tools save, in your own account.
- Anthropic (Claude) runs the guided install and the nightly memory step, under your own Claude account.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write [email protected] and we will handle it. If you took a tool and want off the list, the same address works.
Children
This site and these tools are for adults running businesses. They are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
